I’m Macedona, the founder and lead reviewer at SaaS CRM Review. Since launching this site in early 2026, I’ve researched, evaluated, and published more than 170 articles on CRM and SaaS software across sales, marketing automation, help desk, project management, and AI-powered business tools.
I built this site because most software “reviews” online are rewritten sales pages. My goal is simpler: give you enough verified detail about pricing, features, and limitations to choose the right tool the first time.
Why You Can Trust This Site
SaaS CRM Review is an independent, one-person publication. I’m not affiliated with any software vendor, and no vendor has editorial input into what gets published here. What I bring to every review is not a job title, but a documented, repeatable evaluation process and the willingness to state plainly what I have tested and what I haven’t.
That last part matters more than it sounds. Most review sites imply first-hand experience with every tool they cover. This site doesn’t. Each article tells you, at the top, whether it’s based on hands-on testing or on verified documentation, so you always know the strength of the evidence behind what you’re reading.
How I Review Software
Reviews on this site are produced in one of two ways, and every article states which method was used:
Hands-on tested
For these reviews, I work inside a real account, on a free plan, trial, or paid subscription, and evaluate setup, core workflows, usability, and limits directly. Each hands-on review states which plan and account type was used, and screenshots come from my own account unless noted otherwise.
Documentation-based
For tools I haven’t tested hands-on, reviews are built from official vendor documentation, changelogs, published pricing pages, and verified user feedback from public sources. These articles never claim first-hand experience, and they’re labeled clearly at the top.
In both cases, pricing and plan details are checked against the vendor’s official pricing page, and each article shows the date that check was performed. When vendors change pricing or features, I update the article, and the “last updated” date reflects real changes, not cosmetic edits.

What I Cover
My focus areas are CRM platforms, sales and marketing automation, help desk and customer support software, project management tools, and AI-powered business software. If a category is outside what I can evaluate credibly, I don’t cover it.

SaaS CRM Review is reader-supported. Some links on this site are affiliate links, which means I may earn a commission if you sign up for a tool through them, at no extra cost to you. Three rules keep this honest:
- Vendors cannot pay for a review, a score, or a position in any ranking.
- Affiliate status never determines whether a tool is recommended. Several tools I recommend have no affiliate program at all.
