Cin7 Core costs $349, $599 or $1,199 per month (Standard, Pro, Advanced; USD, before tax), and Cin7 Omni is sold by personalized quote. Cin7 pricing is flat per account rather than per user, so your tier is set by the first cap you hit: users, yearly sale orders or integrations.

Quick pricing answer
Cin7 Core Standard costs $349, Pro $599 and Advanced $1,199 per month, in USD before tax. Cin7 Omni has no list price and is quoted per business.
Each Core tier includes 5, 10 or 15 users, 6,000, 24,000 or 120,000 sale orders a year, and 2, 4 or 6 e-commerce and app integrations. Cin7 lists a 14-day free trial and no free plan.
A team of up to 5 users under 6,000 sale orders a year, with 2 e-commerce and app integrations, one warehouse and no MRP, needs nothing above Standard. The caveat: extra capacity and add-ons are quoted by sales, and the page does not say whether “/month” is the monthly or the prepaid annual rate. Checked October 2026.
Sellers still comparing Cin7 with other tools can start from my ranking of the best inventory management software by business type, which matches each pick to a kind of operation.

I read these prices on October 28, 2026, on cin7.com’s US-dollar page, which states: “Prices are in USD and exclude taxes. Pricing shown is for new customers.” The page prints one “/month” figure per Core tier and does not say whether it is the monthly pay-as-you-go rate or the prepaid annual rate the Core terms also offer.
The flat price means a 3-person team and a 5-person team pay the same on Standard. Within a tier, the bill moves mainly when a cap is crossed or an add-on is bought, so the caps matter more than the headline price.
Cin7 Pricing Plans Explained: Core Tiers and Omni
Users, yearly sale orders and integrations step up together across the three Core tiers, so whichever one your team outgrows first sets the tier.
Spread over the users each tier includes, the list price works out to $349 / 5 = $69.80 per user on Standard, $599 / 10 = $59.90 on Pro and $1,199 / 15 = $79.93 on Advanced. Pro is the cheapest tier per included user; Advanced charges for warehouse capability, not for seats.
Cin7 Core Standard
Cin7 Core Standard fits a team of up to 5 users that processes under 6,000 sale orders a year, about 6,000 / 12 = 500 a month, through 2 e-commerce and app integrations.

Standard stops at a 6th user, a 3rd integration or the order cap. Its comparison column marks Advanced Warehouse Management, returns (RMA), Flex API and SKUs over 100K with an X, and sells material requirements planning (MRP) as an add-on.
Inventory locations are unlimited, but Standard Warehouse Management, the mobile app for picking and putaway, supports one warehouse location. A seller that wants app-directed picking in two warehouses needs Advanced WMS, which Standard cannot add.
Skip Standard if a third sales channel is already planned, or if production planning is part of the job: MRP is an add-on on Standard and included on Pro.
Cin7 Core Pro
Cin7 Core Pro adds MRP for $599 per month and raises the caps to 10 users, 24,000 sale orders a year (2,000 a month) and 4 integrations. Pro also turns Advanced WMS, RMA, Flex API, SKUs over 100K and Advanced Production Manufacturing from unavailable into add-ons.
The step up from Standard costs $599 – $349 = $250 a month. For a brand that assembles kits or manufactures, MRP can carry that difference on its own, because it builds supply suggestions from sales demand, stock on hand, production and suppliers.
The limit to watch on Pro is warehouse work. Advanced WMS and RMA are priced by sales on Pro, so a multi-warehouse operation should price Pro plus those two add-ons against Advanced before choosing.
Cin7 Core Advanced
Cin7 Core Advanced is the tier for multi-warehouse operations: at $1,199 per month it includes Advanced Warehouse Management, RMA and Advanced Automations, with 15 users, 6 integrations and 120,000 sale orders a year.
Advanced WMS is the mobile warehouse app for multiple locations, adding picking for kitting, delivery scheduling and FIFO/FEFO pick order enforcement.
The step from Pro costs $1,199 – $599 = $600 a month, or $600 x 12 = $7,200 a year. POS, B2B Portal, the API and Premium Support stay add-ons even here.
Skip Advanced if you run one warehouse under 24,000 orders a year: Pro covers that job, and sales can price extra users on Pro.
Cin7 Omni
Cin7 Omni has no list price. Cin7 writes that Omni “Pricing is tailored to your specific requirements” and asks buyers to contact it for a personalized quote.
The Cin7 Omni product page aims the edition at multi-entity businesses, with native EDI, 3PL integrations and deeper configuration. On the pricing page’s comparison table, the Omni column shows 8 users and 5 e-commerce and app integrations, and lists sale order volume as N/A.
Omni bills monthly in advance, per the quote, in whole calendar months. Implementation fees in an Omni quote are non-refundable once services start.
Ask for an Omni quote only if you run several legal entities or need native EDI with retail partners. Core reaches EDI and 3PL partners “Via API & Partner Solution” on every tier, and its published prices let a single-entity seller budget without a sales call.
Which Features Each Cin7 Plan Includes or Sells as an Add-on
POS, B2B Portal, ForesightAI Forecasting, the API, Premium Support and Professional Services are add-ons on all four plans, so no upgrade includes them.
| Feature | Core Standard | Core Pro | Core Advanced | Omni |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Material requirements planning (MRP) | Add-on | Included | Included | N/A |
| Advanced Warehouse Management | Not available | Add-on | Included | N/A |
| Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) | Not available | Add-on | Included | N/A |
| Advanced Automations | Add-on | Add-on | Included | Add-on |
| Product SKUs over 100K | Not available | Add-on | Add-on | N/A |
| Flex API | Not available | Add-on | Add-on | N/A |
| Advanced Production Manufacturing | Not available | Add-on | Add-on | N/A |
| Additional POS registers and B2B Portal sites | Not available | Add-on | Add-on | Add-on |
| POS, B2B Portal, ForesightAI, API | Add-on | Add-on | Add-on | Add-on |
| Premium Support, Professional Services | Add-on | Add-on | Add-on | Add-on |

The matrix holds two kinds of upgrade trigger. “Not available” on Standard means only a tier change unlocks the feature; “Add-on” means sales prices it on top of your tier.
A retailer that needs POS, or a wholesaler that needs the B2B Portal, should get that quote before comparing tiers, since no tier includes either.
Does Cin7 Have a Free Trial?
Yes: the Cin7 free trial page offers a 14-day free trial of Cin7, and the pricing page lists no free plan.
Trial accounts are removed from Cin7 Core 2 weeks after the trial expires if no paid subscription has started.
The detail with a price attached: under the Core terms, your usage configuration when the trial ends sets your monthly rate for your initial Recurring Subscription. That is the prepaid annual or multi-year option in the billing section below, unless you agree otherwise with Cin7.
On a Monthly Subscription, the Access Fees at activation become your initial monthly minimum. Before the trial ends, trim the users and integrations to what you will actually pay for, not every app you connected while trying it.
For Cin7 Omni, the product page offers to schedule a demo, with times “in as little as 3 hours”.
Monthly vs Annual Cin7 Billing
Cin7 Core offers an annual or multi-year prepaid Recurring Subscription and a monthly pay-as-you-go Monthly Subscription, but the pricing page prints no annual price, so no annual saving can be calculated.
| Subscription | How it is invoiced | Commitment as the terms state |
|---|---|---|
| Cin7 Core Recurring (annual or multi-year prepaid) | Up front for the term | Non-cancellable; no refund for the remaining prepaid period |
| Cin7 Core Monthly (pay-as-you-go) | Monthly | Continues for an annual period from activation; may be cancelled before monthly renewals with 30 days’ notice |
| Cin7 Omni | Monthly in advance, per the quote | A minimum term only if the quote specifies one |
Sources: Cin7 Core Terms of Use (effective August 14, 2026) and Cin7 Omni Terms of Use (effective September 26, 2025), checked October 2026.
The Core terms say a Monthly Subscription agreement “will continue for an annual period from the date you activate” and also that it may be cancelled before monthly renewals with 30 days’ notice. Ask sales to write which exit applies into your order before you sign.
Two more rules shape the bill. The Access Fees at activation become your initial monthly minimum, and users, integrations and modules you add later are charged pro rata from the change.
Sale order volume works differently: it is adjusted to the rate for your current volume from each annual anniversary of the first subscription. A Standard account that passes 6,000 orders mid-year should expect its order-volume rate to change at that anniversary.
Additional Cin7 Costs to Consider
Extra users, integrations and order volume, plus add-on modules, are priced by Cin7’s sales team, and tax comes on top of every list price.
| Cost type | When it applies | Pricing basis | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Extra users | A 6th user on Standard, 11th on Pro, 16th on Advanced | Contact sales | Listed as “more available for purchase” |
| Extra e-commerce and app integrations | A 3rd channel on Standard, 5th on Pro, 7th on Advanced | Contact sales | The Xero or QuickBooks Online accounting integration is included on every tier, in its own row apart from the 2, 4 or 6 e-commerce and app integrations |
| Extra sale order volume | Above 6,000, 24,000 or 120,000 orders a year | Contact sales | Rate adjusted at each annual anniversary |
| Add-on modules (POS, B2B Portal, ForesightAI, API, Premium Support) | In-store selling, wholesale portal, forecasting, custom integrations, extra help | Contact sales | Add-on on every plan; the matrix above has the gates |
| Onboarding | Account setup | Group, 1-to-1 and Partner Led options | Price not published |
| Support and training | Help beyond the included 24/7 Global Support, Help Center and Cin7 Academy | Premium Support and Professional Services are add-ons | Cin7 says all plans include its support team, Help Centers with 24/7 chat and Cin7 Academy |
| Omni implementation | Selected in an Omni quote | Per quote | Non-refundable after services start |
| Tax | Every invoice | Excluded from list prices | Exemption needs a valid certificate |
| Accounting software | Your Xero or QuickBooks Online account | Not on Cin7’s pricing page | Core connects to new or existing Xero/ |

For budgeting, treat the tier price as a floor. A Standard seller that adds POS and a B2B Portal pays the tier plus two quoted add-ons, so the yearly figures below are list-price minimums.
How Much Does Cin7 Cost for Your Team?
Cin7 Core costs $349 x 12 = $4,188 a year on Standard and $1,199 x 12 = $14,388 a year on Advanced at list price, before add-ons and tax.
Cin7 Core cost calculator
This calculator needs JavaScript. The scenario table below gives the same estimate for typical workloads.
Enter what you need. The calculator prices it on every plan at list prices and names the cheapest plan that covers it.
- List prices in USD from Cin7 Core’s official pricing pages, checked Oct 28, 2026. Tax and regional prices are not included.
- 12-month figures are 12 times the monthly cost at the billing you choose.
- A planning estimate at list prices, not a quote.
Enter your number of users and tick what you need: MRP, warehouse features, returns, automations, a higher order volume or more integrations. The calculator shows the three Core tiers side by side with their monthly and 12-month list cost, and names the cheapest tier that covers you.
It leaves out tax, add-on and extra-capacity prices, and Cin7 Omni, which has no published price.
| Team size | Plan | Billing | Monthly equivalent | Annual total | Assumptions |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 5 users: under the 6,000-a-year order cap | Cin7 Core Standard | Monthly, as listed | $349 | $349 x 12 = $4,188 | Flat account price; 2 integrations; no add-ons |
| 5 users with MRP: under the 6,000-a-year order cap | Cin7 Core Pro | Monthly, as listed | $599 | $599 x 12 = $7,188 | Flat account price, not a per-seat charge; MRP is an add-on on Standard and included on Pro |
| 10 users: over the 6,000 cap and under the 24,000-a-year cap | Cin7 Core Pro | Monthly, as listed | $599 | $599 x 12 = $7,188 | Flat account price; MRP included; up to 4 integrations |
| 15 users: over the 24,000 cap and under the 120,000-a-year cap, several warehouses | Cin7 Core Advanced | Monthly, as listed | $1,199 | $1,199 x 12 = $14,388 | Flat account price; Advanced WMS included; up to 6 integrations |

These are estimates from list prices, not quotes: they leave out add-ons, extra capacity, onboarding, Premium Support, tax and the accounting software.
The MRP row is the edge case: a Standard-sized team that wants MRP included pays Pro’s list price, $7,188 – $4,188 = $3,000 more a year, unless the quoted MRP add-on on Standard costs less. The same $3,000 gap applies when a team grows past Standard’s 5 users, unless sales prices an extra Standard user for less.
What a Growing Brand Pays per Order at Each Cap
At each tier’s yearly cap, the list price per sale order is $4,188 / 6,000 = $0.70 on Standard, $7,188 / 24,000 = $0.30 on Pro and $14,388 / 120,000 = $0.12 on Advanced.
The fee per order falls as volume rises, which rewards a brand that runs close to its cap.
Take an illustrative brand that pays a flat $4,188 a year and sells 1,500 orders a year: $4,188 / 1,500 = $2.79 per order. At 6,000 orders the same fee is $4,188 / 6,000 = $0.70 per order, so the smaller brand pays $2.79 / $0.70 = about four times as much for each order.
Which Cin7 Plan Should You Choose?
Your Cin7 Core tier is set by the first cap you hit (users, yearly sale orders or integrations) or by a gated feature (MRP, Advanced WMS, RMA).
| Your needs | Plan to consider | Why | Main limitation |
|---|---|---|---|
| Up to 5 users, under 6,000 orders a year, one warehouse, 2 channels | Cin7 Core Standard | It covers the job with no upgrade | POS and B2B Portal are add-ons on every tier |
| 6 to 10 users, up to 24,000 orders a year, or MRP | Cin7 Core Pro | 10 users, 24,000 orders and MRP are included | Advanced WMS and RMA are add-ons |
| Several warehouses with app-directed picking, returns or automations | Cin7 Core Advanced | Advanced WMS, RMA and Advanced Automations are included | $1,199 – $599 = $600 a month more than Pro; compare with Pro plus the Advanced WMS and RMA add-ons, quoted |
| Multiple legal entities or native EDI with retail partners | Cin7 Omni | The edition Cin7 builds for multi-entity operations | Custom quote; non-refundable implementation fees |
| A 6th user on a Standard account | Standard plus one user, quoted | Compare that quote with Pro’s list price | The extra-user price is not published |
| Far below 6,000 orders a year through one channel | Skip Cin7 Core for now; compare other inventory tools | Standard’s flat $349 a month pays for capacity you do not use | Cin7 Core has no free plan or tier below Standard |
Sources: cin7.com pricing page, checked October 2026.
The first row matters most for small sellers. Over Standard, Pro adds MRP and makes Advanced WMS, RMA, Flex API, SKUs over 100K and Advanced Production Manufacturing available as add-ons, so a team inside Standard’s caps that needs none of those can stay on Standard.
If Standard looks like more plan than your volume needs, see my Zoho Inventory pricing guide for another way to price your stock.
Is Cin7 Worth the Price?
Cin7 Core is worth its price for a multi-channel seller that runs near a tier’s order cap and uses the included Xero or QuickBooks Online integration and unlimited inventory locations. It is poor value for a seller far below 6,000 orders a year, because the flat fee then pays for capacity the business never uses.
Cin7 lists over 700 integrations for Core on its Cin7 Core product page, yet each tier caps how many e-commerce and app integrations run at once. A seller on Amazon, Shopify and a shipping app already needs Pro’s 4, or a quoted third integration on Standard.
The add-ons can change the value math: a retailer that needs POS on day one should compare the tier plus the POS quote, not the list price alone.
You should avoid Cin7 Core for now if you sell a few hundred orders a year through one channel. A seller that small should compare other inventory management software before committing to Standard’s flat fee.
If you are weighing the product itself and not only its price, read my Cin7 review next.
Cancellation, Refunds and Price Increases
Cin7 Core needs notice at least 30 days before the end of the payment period, prepaid Recurring Subscriptions are non-cancellable, and the Core terms state: “We have a strict no refund policy on Subscriptions.”
Cancelling a Monthly Subscription leaves you liable for the Access Fees for each remaining day of that monthly period, including the 30-day notice period.
Cin7 may apply price increases on the anniversary of your first activation, with at least 20 days’ notice. On a multi-year agreement, increases wait until renewal, so a multi-year Recurring Subscription holds the price for its term at the cost of any exit.
Cin7 Omni, when the quote sets no minimum term, ends at the close of a calendar month after at least 20 days’ written notice, with no refund of prepaid charges. A mid-month downgrade on Omni earns no refund or credit either.
Where the Cin7 Prices Come From: Sources and Methodology
Every price here comes from cin7.com’s pricing page for the US region, in US dollars, read on October 28, 2026. A second read in a browser, in the US view, showed the same three Core prices.
Billing, trial and cancellation rules come from the free trial page, the Cin7 Core Terms of Use (effective August 14, 2026) and the Cin7 Omni Terms of Use (effective September 26, 2025).
The published prices are the three Core tiers. Quoted items are Cin7 Omni, every add-on, extra users, integrations and order volume, and onboarding; Cin7 does not publish an annual price or any add-on price.
The calculated figures are tier price x 12 months and the per-user and per-order divisions shown with their math. The plan picks and the value verdict are my analysis of those figures.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are Cin7 prices taxed?
Yes, tax is extra. Cin7 prices “are in USD and exclude taxes”, and the Core terms make the customer pay the taxes on Access Fees unless it gives Cin7 a valid tax exemption certificate. Budget the tax on top of the tier price, and keep the exemption certificate on file before the first invoice if your business has one.
Can I switch Cin7 plans later?
Yes, upward: Cin7’s pricing FAQ says you can upgrade to a higher tier as the business grows. Moving down is harder: the Access Fees at activation become your initial monthly minimum for the duration of the subscription. A team unsure of its volume should start on the lower tier and move up when a cap forces it.
Does Cin7 have its own pricing calculator?
Not for subscription prices. The pricing page links a “Calculate My ROI” tool, an ROI calculator rather than a quote for your plan. The calculator in the cost section above prices the three Core tiers for your users and features; Omni stays out because it has no list price.
Final Pricing Verdict
Start on Cin7 Core Standard if your team fits 5 users, 6,000 sale orders a year and 2 e-commerce and app integrations, unless you sell only a few hundred orders a year through one channel. At that volume Standard’s flat fee pays for capacity you never use, so compare the other tools in my inventory software ranking first.
Budget Pro once MRP or a 6th user arrives, and move to Advanced only when a second warehouse needs app-directed picking or returns handling.
Ask for a Cin7 Omni quote only for multi-entity operations or native EDI. Before you sign any tier, get the add-ons you need on day one quoted (POS, B2B Portal, forecasting) and pick monthly or prepaid terms knowing Cin7 gives no refunds.
