Zoho Inventory pricing starts with a Free plan, then Standard at $29 per organization per month billed annually ($39 billed monthly). The top plan, Enterprise, costs $249 billed annually ($299 billed monthly); I read these US prices in October 2026.
Each price covers the whole organization, not each user, so the caps on orders, users and locations drive the cost. For a 2-3 person shop under 500 orders a month, Standard billed annually is the buy: $29 x 12 = $348 a year.

Quick pricing answer

These are US edition list prices in USD, read in both billing views in October 2026. The annual column is a per-month price billed annually, exclusive of local taxes.

The caps and the prices both rise from plan to plan, so the plan to buy is the one whose limits your business fits.
Zoho Inventory Pricing Plans Explained
Each step up raises the order and location caps, and each step up to Plus raises the user cap too. Beyond the caps, Premium adds serial and batch tracking and bins, Plus the online store, and Enterprise Zoho Analytics.
Free
Free handles 50 orders a month for 1 user at 1 location, with no time limit. A second teammate or a 51st order in the month is past what Free covers, which makes Free a plan for one person, not a team.
Free still lists composite items, dropshipment and backordering, so a solo maker can run real orders on it.
Standard
Standard costs $39 per organization per month billed monthly, or $29 billed annually, for 500 orders, 3 users and 2 locations. It adds a customer portal and raises purchase orders and bills to 300 a month each.
What Standard leaves out decides most upgrades: the tracking features sit in Premium. I would put a 2-3 person shop with untracked stock on Standard and move it when the first lot-tracked product arrives.
Premium
Premium costs $99 per organization per month billed monthly, or $79 billed annually, for 3,000 orders, 5 users, 4 locations and 500 bins per location. It is the plan to buy the moment you must track lots, serial numbers or bins.
Premium adds serial number tracking, batch tracking, barcode generation, stock counting, UoM conversion, a vendor portal, and customization and automation. It also connects 5 Shopify stores, against 1 on Standard.
Billed annually, Premium costs $79 – $29 = $50 a month more than Standard. A seller of expiry-dated goods gets the tracking for that; a shop that only outgrew 500 orders may do better with add-ons.
Plus
Plus costs $159 per organization per month billed monthly, or $129 billed annually. It adds selling tools: the Online Store Builder, WhatsApp Commerce, abandoned cart recovery, loyalty tools and built-in marketing tools.
Capacity rises to 7,500 orders, 10 users and 6 locations. The user cap is the one to watch: Plus stops at 10 users, exactly where Enterprise stops.

Plus makes sense for a seller who wants a Zoho-built storefront or WhatsApp orders. A seller already on Shopify pays $129 – $79 = $50 a month more than Premium, billed annually, for selling tools it may not use.
Enterprise
Enterprise costs $299 per organization per month billed monthly, or $249 billed annually, for 15,000 orders, 10 locations and 5,000 bins per location. It adds Zoho Analytics and multi-currency transactions for each contact.
Enterprise fits a business that wants Zoho Analytics on its stock data, needs more than Plus’s 500 bins per location, or runs orders and locations near both of Enterprise’s caps. Below that, Plus with add-ons costs less until the add-ons pass $120 a month billed annually, as the add-on section shows.
Does Zoho Inventory Have a Free Plan or Trial?
Yes to both: Zoho Inventory has a forever-free plan with no validity period and a 14-day free trial of the paid plans.
During the trial you can switch between plans. If you do not subscribe when it ends, the organization moves to the Free plan automatically, so running the trial on Premium first costs nothing.
Monthly vs Annual Zoho Inventory Pricing
Annual billing saves $120 to $600 a year per organization, depending on the plan, against paying month to month.
| Plan | Billed monthly | Billed annually | 12 months, billed monthly | 12 months, billed annually | Annual saving |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | $39 | $29 | $39 x 12 = $468 | $29 x 12 = $348 | $39 x 12 – $29 x 12 = $120 |
| Premium | $99 | $79 | $99 x 12 = $1,188 | $79 x 12 = $948 | $99 x 12 – $79 x 12 = $240 |
| Plus | $159 | $129 | $159 x 12 = $1,908 | $129 x 12 = $1,548 | $159 x 12 – $129 x 12 = $360 |
| Enterprise | $299 | $249 | $299 x 12 = $3,588 | $249 x 12 = $2,988 | $299 x 12 – $249 x 12 = $600 |
Sources: Zoho Inventory US pricing page, Monthly and Yearly views, checked October 2026.

The comparison page labels the yearly toggle “Save 20%”, but the cut differs by plan. Standard saves $120 of $468, more than a fifth; Enterprise saves $600 of $3,588, less than a fifth.
Zoho’s pricing FAQ says customers are “not bound by any contracts” and can upgrade or downgrade. So I would pay monthly while order volume is unsettled, then switch to yearly once the plan has held for a few months.
Zoho Inventory Add-Ons: When to Buy One Instead of Upgrading
Zoho Inventory sells five add-ons by quantity; the users, orders and locations add-ons cost $7.50 to $10 per organization per month billed annually.
| Add-on | Billed monthly | Billed annually | Unit as printed |
|---|---|---|---|
| Users | $9 | $7.50 | per organization per month |
| 500 Orders | $9 | $7.50 | per organization per month |
| Locations | $12 | $10 | per organization per month |
| Advanced autoscans | $10 | $8 | 50 scans per organization per month |
| Advanced warehousing | $149 | $124.17 | per organization per month |
Sources: Zoho Inventory US pricing page, “Our add-ons”, Monthly and Yearly views, checked October 2026.
Zoho does not print how many users one Users unit adds, so I count one user per unit and 500 orders per 500 Orders unit. Against Premium’s $79 billed annually, Standard plus add-ons costs per month:
- Two more users (5 in all): $29 + 2 x $7.50 = $44, well under Premium.
- 2,500 more orders (3,000 in all): $29 + 5 x $7.50 = $66.50, still under Premium.
- Two more locations (4 in all): $29 + 2 x $10 = $49.
- Users and locations together: $29 + 2 x $7.50 + 2 x $10 = $64, still under Premium.
- Orders and users together: $29 + 5 x $7.50 + 2 x $7.50 = $81.50, above Premium.
- Orders and locations together: $29 + 5 x $7.50 + 2 x $10 = $86.50, above Premium.
- All three at once: $29 + 2 x $7.50 + 5 x $7.50 + 2 x $10 = $101.50, above Premium.
Billed annually, Premium becomes the better buy once the add-ons pass $79 – $29 = $50 a month: here, when the 2,500-order block joins another cap. The counter-case is features: none of the add-ons on the pricing page adds serial or batch tracking, which sit in Premium’s list.
Advanced warehousing, at $124.17 a month billed annually, costs nearly as much as Plus.
Plus with add-ons or Enterprise?
Billed annually, Plus with add-ons stays under Enterprise’s $249 until the add-ons pass $249 – $129 = $120 a month.
At the full 15,000 orders, Plus costs $129 + 15 x $7.50 = $241.50. At 10 locations, it costs $129 + 4 x $10 = $169.
Both at once cost $129 + 15 x $7.50 + 4 x $10 = $281.50, so Enterprise wins there, and for Zoho Analytics, which Enterprise adds.
Additional Zoho Inventory Costs to Consider
Outside the plan and add-on prices, expect Premium support if you want faster answers, carrier postage, a Pitney Bowes plan for USPS, and local taxes.
| Cost type | When it applies | Pricing basis | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Premium support | You want 24-hour weekday email and phone support | $49 billed monthly, $490 billed annually, or 20% of the subscription fee, whichever is higher | Classic support is free on all paid plans |
| Postage | Every UPS or FedEx label | Billed through your own carrier account | FedEx passes through your negotiated rates |
| USPS labels | You ship USPS | A Pitney Bowes plan | Needs a new Pitney Bowes account; USPS ships only within the US |
| EasyPost | You ship through EasyPost | Your own carrier accounts | No international shipments through EasyPost |
| Local taxes | Every invoice | Added to list prices | Prices are exclusive of local taxes |

The Premium support rule hits small plans hardest. On Standard billed annually, 20% of the fee is $29 x 12 x 0.2 = $69.60, so the $490 floor applies and support costs more than the plan. On Enterprise billed annually, $249 x 12 x 0.2 = $597.60 passes the floor.
Classic support, free on paid plans, gives email and toll-free phone 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, with an 8-hour first response.

How Much Does Zoho Inventory Cost for Your Team?
Billed annually at list price, my four sample teams pay from $0 on Free to $129 x 12 + 2 x $7.50 x 12 = $1,728 a year on Plus, before tax and postage.

The 12-person team shows where the flat price stops being flat. Billed monthly, the same setup costs $159 x 12 + 2 x $9 x 12 = $2,124 a year.
Which Zoho Inventory Plan Should You Choose?
Choose by the first cap or feature you hit; a seller under 50 orders a month with 1 user stays on Free and needs no upgrade.
| Your needs | Plan to consider | Why | Main limitation |
|---|---|---|---|
| Under 50 orders a month, 1 user, 1 location | Free | No charge and no validity period | Basic email support only |
| 2-3 users, under 500 orders, no lot tracking | Standard | The lowest paid plan covers it | No serial, batch or bin tracking |
| Serial or batch tracking, bins or barcodes | Premium | The tracking features start here, with 3,000 orders | 5 users |
| A Zoho online store or WhatsApp selling | Plus | Online Store Builder and WhatsApp Commerce | 10 users |
| 7,000 orders and 6 locations, no store | Plus | On Premium, the same caps take 8 x $7.50 + 2 x $10 = $80 of add-ons, more than the $129 – $79 = $50 step to Plus | Add-ons start once orders pass 7,500 or locations pass 6 |
| Zoho Analytics, more than 500 bins per location, or orders and locations near both Enterprise caps | Enterprise | Zoho Analytics starts here; Plus with add-ons at both caps costs more | Plus with add-ons costs less until the add-ons pass $249 – $129 = $120 a month |
| More than 10 users | The lowest plan whose order and location caps fit, plus Users add-ons | At one user per unit, 12 users under 500 orders cost $29 + 9 x $7.50 = $96.50 on Standard, against $129 + 2 x $7.50 = $144 on Plus | Each extra user adds an add-on fee |

Is Zoho Inventory Worth the Price?
Zoho Inventory is good value for a 3-10 person team that fits a plan’s caps, because the price does not rise with each user. Per user, billed annually, Standard costs $29 ÷ 3 = $9.67, Premium $79 ÷ 5 = $15.80 and Plus $129 ÷ 10 = $12.90 at full use of the cap.
The value weakens once each extra person costs an add-on, and on Enterprise, which costs $249 ÷ 10 = $24.90 per user at full use. Paying Plus or Enterprise for one feature, such as Zoho Analytics, buys capacity you may never use.

Skip the paid plans if: you sell under 50 orders a month from one location, because Free covers that.

Billing, Discounts and Cancellation
Zoho Inventory accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal, plus check or bank transfer for yearly subscriptions. Nonprofits get a 15% discount by writing to Zoho’s presales team.
Cancelling means downgrading to the Free plan from the subscription page. You can schedule the downgrade for the end of the current billing cycle, so a yearly plan runs to its end date.
Cancelling does not delete the account: Zoho retains your data and you can view it anytime.
How I Verified Zoho Inventory Pricing
On October 29, 2026, I read the US edition’s pricing page in its Monthly and Yearly views, the pricing comparison page and the subscription help page as a US visitor, in US dollars. The support pricing page, the shipping and EasyPost help pages and the free plan article were read on October 28, 2026.
Totals, savings, break-even amounts and per-user costs are my calculations from the published prices, shown with their math; the plan picks are my analysis.
Zoho does not publish how many users one Users add-on unit adds or which plans can buy Advanced warehousing.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Zoho Inventory charge per user?
No. Zoho Inventory charges per organization: Standard covers 1 to 3 users at one price, and a fourth user needs a Users add-on or Premium, which allows 5.
Can I extend the 14-day trial?
Yes. Zoho’s pricing page says to write to support.usa@zohoinventory.com if you need more time to evaluate, and Zoho then gets in touch to extend the trial.
Is product support free on the Free plan?
Yes. Free plan users get Basic support by email, with a 24-hour first response, plus the forum, help documents and knowledge base. Phone support needs a paid plan; paid customers can call between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM on business days.
Final Pricing Verdict
Buy Standard billed annually if you are a 2-3 person shop under 500 orders a month with no lot tracking. Move to Premium the moment you need serial, batch or bin tracking. Move too once add-ons on Standard would cost more than the step to Premium, as the 2,500-order block plus two users or two locations does.
Stay on Free if you sell under 50 orders a month alone from one location. Choose Plus for a Zoho storefront or WhatsApp selling, or for capacity like the 12-person scenario’s. Choose Enterprise for Zoho Analytics, more than 500 bins per location, or orders and locations near both of its caps.
For a bigger team, add Users add-ons to the lowest plan whose caps fit. Budget tax, postage and any USPS plan on top.
