SugarAI (formerly SugarCRM) prices its Sugar Sell packages at $68 to $155 per user per month, billed annually: Standard+, Advanced+ and Premier+. Serve costs $80 and Enterprise $85 per user per month, billed annually, while Market starts at $1,000 per month for 10k contacts.
That is SugarCRM pricing as sugarai.com printed it in October 2026, and the price list prints none of the older Essentials, Standard, Advanced or Premier packages. Below: what each package adds, the extras, and what 5 to 25 users pay a year.
Quick pricing answer
SugarAI (formerly SugarCRM) sells Sugar Sell as Standard+, Advanced+ and Premier+, starting at $68 per user per month, billed annually, in USD. The two Precision+ packages, which add Sugar Predict, are Contact sales; Serve, Enterprise and Market are priced on their own tabs.
No free plan or trial is listed, only demos. For a sales team that wants forecasts inside the CRM, Advanced+ is the package to price first.
The caveat: Sugar prints annual prices only, Sugar Connect+ adds $20 per user per month, billed annually, and the final number comes from Sugar’s quote. Checked October 2026.

Evidence note: I read these prices on October 27, 2026 from the US English pricing page, which prints “(USD)” beside each price and “billed annually” under it. The page does not state whether prices include tax.

The table settles the budget range, but the plan names on it differ from the ones many buyers remember.
SugarCRM Is Now SugarAI: What Happened to the Old Plan Names?
The pricing page prints only the plus packages under the banner “SugarCRM is now SugarAI”, and it states no mapping from older plan names. I do not map them either, because no Sugar page in this check does.
SugarAI’s SugarCloud Offerings page still lists Sell Essentials, Sell Standard, Sell Advanced and Sell Premier next to the plus packages. SugarAI adds there that the plus packages need Sugar version 26.2 or higher.
So a quote or article that prices Essentials, Standard, Advanced or Premier is not quoting today’s SugarAI price list. An existing customer on an older version should ask SugarAI whether a plus package needs an upgrade to 26.2 first.
With the current names fixed, the next question is what each package adds over the one below it.
SugarAI Pricing Plans Explained
The three Sugar Sell packages step from pipeline basics at $68 to AI-guided forecasting at $98 to enrichment and meeting preparation at $155 per user per month, billed annually. The Precision+ packages add ERP-based Sugar Predict on a quote.
Price is only half the decision, and my SugarAI CRM review covers the product’s fit beyond it.
Standard+
Standard+ is enough for a team that needs a managed pipeline and nothing predictive. At $68 per user per month, billed annually, it lists complete sales cycle management, business process management, analytics and mobile.
The trap is in the wording. The Standard+ blurb mentions pipeline management “for accurate forecasts”, yet the Forecasting feature itself sits in the Advanced+ list, along with mail and calendar integration and the first AI features.
On SugarCloud, SugarAI’s Standard+ includes 10 GB + 0.25 GB per user of storage and one sandbox.
I would buy it for a team that forecasts in a spreadsheet and has an ERP or a sales-ops owner to justify the rollout. A five-person team with neither is the Skip it case below, not a Standard+ buyer. Upgrade when the manager wants the forecast inside Sugar.
Advanced+
Advanced+ costs $98 per user per month, billed annually, $30 more per user than Standard+ ($98 – $68 = $30). That extra buys Forecasting, Mail & calendar integration, Geo mapping and the AI set: AI Summaries, Sugar Cube AI Assistant, AI Analytics and Smart Prompts.
For ten sellers the step is visible in the annual bill: $68 x 10 x 12 = $8,160 on Standard+ against $98 x 10 x 12 = $11,760 on Advanced+. That premium makes sense once a manager runs forecast calls from the CRM; for a team that only logs deals, it buys features nobody opens.
Advanced+ also raises SugarAI’s SugarCloud storage to 15 GB + 0.25 GB per user and gives two sandboxes, which matters to a team that tests workflow changes before rolling them out.
Premier+
Premier+ is for account teams large enough that research and meeting prep eat selling time. It adds Data enrichment & news feed, Smart Guides, Discover and Meeting preparation to everything in Advanced+.
The jump is steep: $155 – $98 = $57 more per user per month than Advanced+, billed annually. It pays when reps prepare for many account meetings a week and would otherwise buy enrichment elsewhere.

The homepage presents meeting context as a headline capability, but on the price list Meeting preparation first appears at Premier+. Premier+ also doubles the per-user storage rate to 30 GB + 0.5 GB per user, so a 25-seat team gets 30 GB + (25 x 0.5 GB) = 42.5 GB.
Advanced Precision+ and Premier Precision+
The two Precision+ packages add Sugar Predict on top of Advanced+ or Premier+, and both read “Contact sales for pricing”. Sugar Predict reads ERP purchase data and lists cross-sell recommendations, optimal reorder windows, early churn signals and account-based marketing.
I would price these packages only for a business whose ERP already holds clean order history, such as a distributor or manufacturer. Without that data, Sugar Predict has nothing to read, and Advanced+ or Premier+ is the honest ceiling.
Sugar Serve
Serve costs $80 per user per month, billed annually, for case management, omnichannel engagement, a service agent workplace and SLA management. It sits on its own tab, apart from the Sugar Sell packages, so budget support agents as Serve seats.
On SugarAI’s SugarCloud table, Serve includes 15 GB + 0.25 GB per user of storage and two sandboxes, the same as Advanced+.
Enterprise
Enterprise costs $85 per user per month, billed annually, for sales force and customer service automation “with maximum control and customizability”. Its list covers complete sales cycle management, Business Process Management, Mobile and a Service Agent Console.
At $17 more per user than Standard+ ($85 – $68 = $17), Enterprise reads as the package for a team that wants sales and a service console in one seat. Forecasting and the AI features are not listed on the Enterprise tab, so ask Sugar how it compares with Standard+ plus Serve before choosing it.
Sugar Market
Sugar Market is priced by contacts, not seats: it starts at $1,000 per month for 10k contacts, billed annually, with unlimited users. Below the plan’s “billed annually” line, the card adds “Additional contacts starting $150/month”.

The annual commitment is $1,000 x 12 = $12,000 before any extra contacts. Unlimited users make Market cheaper per head as more marketers and sellers log in, so the contact count, not the team size, sets the bill.
Before signing anything, most buyers want to see the product, which raises the trial question.
Does SugarAI Have a Free Plan or Trial?
No. The pricing page lists no free plan or free trial for any package. What Sugar offers instead is a “Watch free demo” video on its homepage and sales demos.
Sugar will “show you a demo based on your needs” once you share your requirements. Use that call to see the exact package you plan to buy, because a demo is not a trial.
If there is no trial, the next thing to know is the terms of the commitment.
SugarAI Billing Terms: Annual Prices, Quotes and Minimums
Every Sugar price is printed “billed annually”; the page prints no monthly-billing price and no seat minimum. At list price, one Standard+ seat works out to $68 x 12 = $816 a year; ask Sugar whether a seat minimum applies.
With no monthly price to compare, there is no annual saving to compute. Sugar sets the final number in an offer built from your company size, the number of licenses, the products you want and the contract length.
That makes the list price the starting point for the quote, not a fixed bill. The saved pricing pages state no cancellation, refund or renewal terms, so ask for them in writing with the quote.
The seat price is only part of that quote, though.
Additional SugarAI Costs to Consider
Beyond the seat price, a SugarAI invoice can carry Sugar Connect+, a Sugar Predict quote, Market contacts above 10k, extra SugarCloud storage or sandboxes, and services.
| Cost type | When it applies | Pricing basis | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sugar Connect+ | You add it to Sell seats | +$20 per user per month, billed annually | Add-on, not a package |
| Sugar Predict | You buy a Precision+ package | Contact sales | Needs ERP purchase data |
| Market contacts | You pass the 10,000-contact minimum | Starting $150 per month | SugarAI sells them in blocks of 10,000 |
| Sugar Market Services | You want setup or strategy help for Market | Not published | Named on the Market tab without a price |
| Extra storage | Data passes your package’s limit | Not published | SugarAI says it can be purchased |
| Extra sandboxes and instance backups | You need more test or backed-up instances | Sell: not published; Market: $100/m in the sandbox column of SugarAI’s SugarCloud table | SugarAI says both can be purchased |
| Support level | Depends on the Sugar solution you choose | Not published per package | Ranges from online-only to full 24/7 global response |
| Migration, onboarding, professional services | You want Sugar or a partner to help roll out | Not published | Sugar quotes them |

Sugar Connect+ is the only priced add-on on the Sell tab. The line printed just above it on the pricing page reads “Ingest Zoom and Teams meeting transcripts straight into Sugar.” On 10 Advanced+ seats the bill becomes $98 x 10 x 12 = $11,760 plus $20 x 10 x 12 = $2,400, which is $14,160 a year.
SugarAI’s storage allowance grows with every seat purchased. SugarAI’s own example on the SugarCloud page: Advanced+ with 24 user seats gets 15 GB + (24 x 0.25 GB per user) = 21 GB of file storage and the same for the database.

Market scales differently. SugarAI sells Market contacts in blocks of 10,000 and does not stop imports past your cap. SugarAI emails your billing contact above 80% and again above 100%; treat the second email as the trigger for a larger block.
Those extras sit on top of the seat math, which is where a team’s budget starts.
How Much Does SugarCRM Cost for Your Team?
At list price, 5 sellers on Standard+ pay $68 x 5 x 12 = $4,080 a year, and 10 sellers on Advanced+ pay $98 x 10 x 12 = $11,760. Premier+ for 25 sellers costs $155 x 25 x 12 = $46,500, and Serve for 10 service agents costs $80 x 10 x 12 = $9,600.
All four figures are list price x seats x months, and they add no add-ons or services.
SugarAI cost calculator
This calculator needs JavaScript. The scenario table below gives the same estimate for typical workloads.
Enter what you need. The calculator prices it on every plan at list prices and names the cheapest plan that covers it.
- List prices in USD from SugarAI (formerly SugarCRM)’s official pricing pages, checked Oct 28, 2026. Tax and regional prices are not included.
- 12-month figures are 12 times the monthly cost at the billing you choose.
- A planning estimate at list prices, not a quote.
Enter your number of users and tick the features you need, such as forecasting or SLA management. The calculator shows five packages side by side and names the cheapest one that covers your list. It leaves out tax, Sugar Connect+, Market and the quote-only Precision+ packages.
| Team size | Plan | Billing | Monthly equivalent | Annual total | Assumptions |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 5 sellers | Standard+ | Annual | $68 x 5 = $340 | $68 x 5 x 12 = $4,080 | No forecasting needed; excludes Connect+, extra storage, services |
| 10 sellers who need forecasting | Advanced+ | Annual | $98 x 10 = $980 | $98 x 10 x 12 = $11,760 | Excludes Connect+, extra storage, services |
| 25 sellers who need data enrichment | Premier+ | Annual | $155 x 25 = $3,875 | $155 x 25 x 12 = $46,500 | Excludes Connect+, extra storage, services |
| 10 service agents | Serve | Annual | $80 x 10 = $800 | $80 x 10 x 12 = $9,600 | Serve seats only; no Sell seats included |

Every row is an estimate from list prices, not a quote, and assumes no seat minimum because the page prints none. The monthly equivalent is the annual price spread per month, not a bill Sugar offers month to month.
SugarAI’s SugarCloud rules also set the storage each row includes:
- SugarAI Standard+ with 5 seats: 10 GB + (5 x 0.25 GB) = 11.25 GB.
- SugarAI Advanced+ with 10 seats: 15 GB + (10 x 0.25 GB) = 17.5 GB.
- SugarAI Premier+ with 25 seats: 30 GB + (25 x 0.5 GB) = 42.5 GB.
- SugarAI Serve with 10 agents: 15 GB + (10 x 0.25 GB) = 17.5 GB.
The package moves the bill more than you might expect: the same 25 sellers on Advanced+ would pay $98 x 25 x 12 = $29,400 a year instead.
Which SugarAI Plan Should You Choose?
Most sales teams should start the quote at Standard+ and move up only for a named feature; the matrix below ties each package to the need that justifies it.
| Your needs | Plan to consider | Why | Main limitation |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pipeline, process and mobile; no upgrade needed | Standard+ | Lowest Sell price at $68 per user per month | Forecasting and Mail & calendar integration start at Advanced+; a five-person team with no ERP or sales-ops owner should skip Sugar |
| Forecasts and email sync inside the CRM | Advanced+ | Forecasting and the AI set start here | No enrichment or meeting preparation |
| Enrichment, Smart Guides and meeting prep | Premier+ | Meeting preparation starts here | Highest published Sell price, $155 per user per month |
| Cross-sell and churn signals from ERP data | Advanced Precision+ or Premier Precision+ | Sugar Predict reads purchase history | Contact sales; needs ERP purchase data |
| A support team with SLAs | Serve | Case and SLA management at $80 per user per month, billed annually | Priced as its own per-user package |
| Sales plus a service console in one seat | Enterprise | Complete sales cycle management and a Service Agent Console at $85 per user per month, billed annually | No Forecasting or AI listed; compare with Standard+ plus Serve |
| Marketing automation used by many people | Market | Unlimited users from $1,000 per month for 10k contacts | Cost grows by contact block |

Picking the right row still leaves a harder question: whether Sugar earns its price at all.
Is SugarCRM Worth the Price?
Sugar is worth its price for a mid-size B2B team that sells repeatedly into existing accounts and runs an ERP. It is a poor buy for a small team that needs only a pipeline and has nobody to own a rollout of weeks to months.
Sugar positions itself for mid- to large-size organizations that rely on repeat sales from existing customers. It counts 180+ ERP integrations and supports REST and SOAP APIs, which is what makes Sugar Predict usable.
Rollout effort is the part of the price no table shows. Implementation runs “from a couple of weeks to a few months”, and many no-code configuration options are free of charge, with professional services for the rest.
An ERP-heavy buyer is likely weighing Microsoft too, and my SugarCRM vs Microsoft Dynamics comparison sets the two side by side. If you want Microsoft’s side of the cost picture, see my Microsoft Dynamics Sales pricing guide.
Sugar’s pricing FAQ cites Nucleus Research for up to 32% lower total cost of ownership than Salesforce for similar functionality. That is the vendor’s claim, and the Salesforce vs SugarCRM breakdown is the place to test it against your own requirements.
A team that also runs inbound marketing from the CRM should read my HubSpot vs SugarCRM comparison before committing to Sugar Market’s contact-based bill.
- Skip it if:
- you are a five-person team with no ERP and no sales-ops owner, because you would pay annual seats for integrations you never use.
For that team, Zoho CRM pricing is the alternative to check first.
How I Verified SugarCRM Pricing
I read every price on October 27, 2026 from sugarai.com/pricing as served to a US visitor, in four views (Precision Selling, Market, Serve and Enterprise), in US dollars, billed annually. I read the Market view again on October 28, 2026; storage, sandbox and contact-block rules come from SugarAI’s SugarCloud Offerings page.
Published prices are quoted as Sugar prints them. Team totals are my calculations, list price x users x 12.
Package recommendations and the worth-it verdict are my judgment from those facts.
Sugar does not publish a monthly price, a seat minimum, Precision+ prices, prices for Sugar Market Services, extra storage, Sell sandboxes or services, the support tier by package, or whether prices include tax. Those figures come only from Sugar’s quote.
That leaves a few smaller questions.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can SugarCRM be hosted on your own servers?
Yes. SugarAI’s SugarCloud Offerings page says customers can host their instance on-site or in the SugarCloud environment. The storage limits, cloud backups and sandboxes in this guide are the services SugarAI includes with your product when you choose its cloud hosting.
Is SugarAI GDPR and SOC 2 compliant?
Sugar states compliance with ISO 27001, SOC2 Type 2 and GDPR, with encryption in transit and at rest. It hosts on AWS, and data hosted in an AWS region never leaves that region. Sugar Market is marked “GDPR ready”.
How much does a CRM usually cost?
There is no single figure, because vendors price per user, per contact or per account. Sugar alone prices Sell per user and Market by contacts. To compare vendors on one sheet, use my CRM cost calculator template.
Final Pricing Verdict
For a 10-seller B2B team that runs forecasts, Advanced+ is the package to quote first. Stay on Standard+ if forecasting happens outside the CRM. If you sell to other companies, see my list of the best CRM for B2B.
Move to Premier+ only when reps lose real time to account research and meeting prep, and ask for a Precision+ quote only if your ERP holds clean purchase history. Whatever you pick, treat the list price as the opening figure, since Sugar builds the final offer around seats, products and contract length.
If Sugar’s annual-only, quote-led model does not fit, my ranking of the best CRM software widens the shortlist.
