Bitrix24 pricing starts at $49 per organization per month billed annually ($69 billed monthly) for the Basic plan, which includes 5 users. Standard costs $99 a month billed annually ($144 monthly) for 50 users, Professional $199 ($289 monthly) for 100 users, and Enterprise starts at $399 ($579 monthly) for 250 users. There is also a Free plan.
You do not pay per seat. Each plan is one flat price with a user cap, so your headcount picks the plan before any feature does, and the 6th, 51st and 101st user each push you up a tier.

Quick pricing answer
Bitrix24 cloud has two plan tabs, Essentials and Vibe+, and every paid plan is a flat price per organization with a user cap.
- Starting price: Basic, $49 per organization per month billed annually or $69 billed monthly, for 5 users.
- Free route: a Free plan at $0, plus a 15-day trial of most high-tier features with no credit card required.
- For a team of 6 to 50 people: Standard, $99 a month billed annually or $144 billed monthly.
- The caveat: Vibe+ annual prices are a launch offer for 12-month subscriptions bought between September 1 and December 10, 2026, and renewals are billed at regular prices.

Prices were read on November 1, 2026 from Bitrix24’s English pricing page in US dollars (the page prints US$), per organization per month. Annual prices are paid as one 12-month charge, and taxes may apply by locality.

The price is the same for one user or for fifty, which raises the real question: what does each step up buy besides room for more people?
Bitrix24 Pricing Plans Explained
The user cap decides your plan first (5, 50, 100, then 250 and up), and three gates decide it second: pipelines, unlimited leads on Standard, and sales automation on Professional. Each Vibe+ plan adds the Vibecode App Builder, unlimited Market apps and the REST API to the Essentials tier of the same name, and AI becomes unlimited from Standard Vibe+ up.
Free
Free costs $0 and has no end date. Its pricing card reads “for 1–2 users”, while the plan comparison lists Free with “Unlimited” users and the FAQ says you “can add an unlimited number of users.” The limits that bite are elsewhere: 5 GB of storage, 1 pipeline, 1 admin and CRM analytics reports capped at 1,000 records.
Telephony and Bitrix24 Market apps are paid-only, so Free suits a team that wants basic CRM (deals and contacts), Kanban and Gantt tasks, shared calendars, chat and video calls. Move up when you need a second pipeline or calls inside the CRM.
Basic
Basic is the cheapest paid plan, and its per-person cost depends on filling all 5 seats: $49 / 5 = $9.80 per user per month billed annually.
Over Free, Basic adds 24 GB of storage, 5 pipelines, recurring deals, online payments and email, WhatsApp and telephony integration. It still has 1 admin and allows 2 Market apps.
Basic fits a founder-led team of up to five that sells by phone or WhatsApp. The trigger to leave it is blunt: a 6th user forces Standard, which doubles the annual bill.
Standard
Standard covers 50 users for one flat price, and the page’s “≈ US$ 1.98/user” figure on annual billing assumes all 50 seats are filled. A 12-person team pays several times that per head (the team-cost section below has the math).
Standard adds unlimited leads, invoices and estimates, a web form designer, e-signature, WhatsApp marketing and task KPIs. It raises the limits to 100 GB, 10 pipelines, 5 admins and 4 Market apps.
This is the plan most growing teams of 6 to 50 people need. Upgrade when you hire the 51st person or when you need sales automation or email marketing.
Professional
Professional doubles Standard’s user cap to 100 and is the first Essentials plan with sales automation, call tracking, email marketing, ad automation, booking, analytics and reporting tools, task automation, RPA and HR management tools.
It also lifts storage to 1 TB, pipelines to 20, admins to 10 and Market apps to 7. For a team under 50 people, the extra $199 – $99 = $100 a month over Standard on annual billing buys automation, not seats, so take it only if you would otherwise pay for a separate email marketing or automation tool.
Enterprise
Enterprise starts at $399 per organization per month billed annually ($579 monthly) for 250 users and climbs in 12 steps to $7,999 ($11,499 monthly) for 10,000 users.
Each row is one user step. The two Enterprise columns price the Enterprise plan at that step, and the two Enterprise Vibe+ columns price the Enterprise Vibe+ plan at the same step.
| Enterprise plan and step | Enterprise monthly price | Enterprise annual price | Enterprise Vibe+ monthly price | Enterprise Vibe+ annual price (launch offer) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Enterprise (250 users) | $579 | $399 | $799 | $480 |
| Enterprise (500 users) | $919 | $639 | $1,269 | $762 |
| Enterprise (1,000 users) | $1,149 | $799 | $1,599 | $960 |
| Enterprise (2,000 users) | $2,299 | $1,599 | $3,199 | $1,920 |
| Enterprise (3,000 users) | $3,449 | $2,399 | $4,799 | $3,449 |
| Enterprise (4,000 users) | $4,599 | $3,199 | $6,399 | $4,599 |
| Enterprise (5,000 users) | $5,749 | $3,999 | $7,999 | $5,749 |
| Enterprise (6,000 users) | $6,899 | $4,799 | $9,599 | $6,899 |
| Enterprise (7,000 users) | $8,049 | $5,599 | $11,199 | $8,049 |
| Enterprise (8,000 users) | $9,199 | $6,399 | $12,799 | $9,199 |
| Enterprise (9,000 users) | $10,349 | $7,199 | $14,399 | $10,349 |
| Enterprise (10,000 users) | $11,499 | $7,999 | $15,999 | $11,499 |
Sources: Bitrix24 pricing page, checked November 2026.
The steps are uneven. Going from 500 to 1,000 users adds only $799 – $639 = $160 a month on annual billing, so a company of 600 people pays little more for twice the room. From 1,000 users up, the page prints “≈ US$ 0.80/user” on annual billing.
Enterprise adds unlimited pipelines, 25 admins, 10 Market apps, unlimited branch accounts, SOC-compliant AWS hosting, encryption at rest, a 30-day backup period, a 99.95% SLA guarantee and priority customer support. Buy it at 101 users, or earlier only if branch accounts or the 30-day backups are a requirement.
Basic Vibe+
Basic Vibe+ keeps Basic’s 5 users and costs $89 – $69 = $20 a month more on monthly billing, or $59 – $49 = $10 more on annual billing under the Vibe+ launch offer.
The premium buys the Vibecode App Builder, which builds custom apps “by simply asking AI”, plus unlimited Market apps and the REST API. Its AI for everyday work stays Limited, as on the Essentials plans. Choose it over Basic when a five-person team needs more than Basic’s 2 Market apps or wants to build its own apps without a developer.
Standard Vibe+
Standard Vibe+ is the first Vibe+ tier with unlimited AI, and it adds AI voice to task, an AI chat assistant and AI meeting follow-up to everything in Standard, for the same 50 users.
Against Standard, you pay $199 – $144 = $55 a month more on monthly billing, or $120 – $99 = $21 more on annual billing while the launch offer lasts. It also gets 6 admins to Standard’s 5. Pick it if your team would use AI in tasks and meetings daily; otherwise Standard does the same CRM job for less.
Professional Vibe+
Professional Vibe+ adds AI repeated sales and AI automation agents to Professional’s automation set for the same 100 users, plus 12 admins.
On monthly billing that costs $399 – $289 = $110 a month over Professional. The gap shrinks to $240 – $199 = $41 on the annual offer, which holds for 12-month subscriptions bought by December 10, 2026.
Enterprise Vibe+
Enterprise Vibe+ follows the same 12 user steps as Enterprise (see the step table above) and adds priority AI processing and 30 admins.
From 3,000 users, the card’s discount label drops from “-40%” to “-28%”, and the Vibe+ annual offer price equals the Essentials monthly price ($3,449 at 3,000 users). A company that pays annually keeps $3,449 – $2,399 = $1,050 a month on Enterprise, so take Vibe+ there only for AI the whole company will use.
Before paying for any of these tiers, check whether Free or the trial already covers what you need.
Does Bitrix24 Have a Free Plan or Trial?
Yes, both. Bitrix24 has a Free plan at $0 with no end date, and a free 15-day trial of “most of the features available on our high-tier plans”, with no credit card required.
The Free plan is the account’s default state. Bitrix24 states its user count two ways: the card says “for 1–2 users”, the plan comparison and FAQ say unlimited. If your Free team will pass two people, invite a third user during setup to confirm the account accepts more than two before you rely on Free.
The trial starts from the Subscription > Activate trial page inside your cloud account. Run it on your real pipeline in the two weeks before your first paid month. The self-hosted edition has its own 30-day trial.
Once a team pays, the next question is whether to pay monthly or a year at a time.
Monthly vs Annual Bitrix24 Pricing
Annual billing cuts Essentials prices by about 30%, the “~30% discount” Bitrix24’s FAQ names, but you pay the full 12 months upfront, with “no installments available”.
| Plan | Billed monthly | Billed annually | Saving per year on annual billing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | $69 | $49 | ($69 – $49) x 12 = $240 |
| Standard | $144 | $99 | ($144 – $99) x 12 = $540 |
| Professional | $289 | $199 | ($289 – $199) x 12 = $1,080 |
| Enterprise (250 users) | $579 | $399 | ($579 – $399) x 12 = $2,160 |
| Basic Vibe+ | $89 | $59, launch offer | ($89 – $59) x 12 = $360 |
| Standard Vibe+ | $199 | $120, launch offer | ($199 – $120) x 12 = $948 |
| Professional Vibe+ | $399 | $240, launch offer | ($399 – $240) x 12 = $1,908 |
| Enterprise Vibe+ (250 users) | $799 | $480, launch offer | ($799 – $480) x 12 = $3,828 |

Take annual billing once your headcount is stable for the year.
The Vibe+ annual prices are not standing prices. Bitrix24’s pricing terms say the “Vibe+ Launch Offer is valid from September 1 to December 10, 2026, for 12-month subscriptions”. The 40% in the billing toggle’s “Save up to 40%” label matches the “-40%” on the Vibe+ cards, not the Essentials discount.

Pricing note
The terms state that “All future subscription renewals will be billed at regular prices.” The page prints the monthly-billed Vibe+ price struck through beside each offer price, but no regular annual Vibe+ price, so the cost of year two is not published. Budget Vibe+ for the first 12 months only, and ask Bitrix24 for the renewal price before you commit.
The plan price is only part of the bill, though.
Additional Bitrix24 Costs to Consider
Taxes may apply depending on your locality, partner services are quoted by the partner, and your bill grows in steps when you pass a user cap, not seat by seat.
| Cost type | When it applies | Pricing basis | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| VAT, GST or other taxes | Depends on your locality | Per purchase | Enter a VAT/ |
| The next plan up | When you pass the 5, 50, 100 or 250-user cap | Flat price of the next plan | Covered in the cap table below |
| Partner implementation, migration, training | If you hire a Bitrix24 Partner | Not published | A “personal offer from up to 5 partners” |
| Market apps | Past the plan’s app limit | Basic 2, Standard 4, Professional 7, Enterprise 10 apps | Every Vibe+ plan allows unlimited apps |
| Telephony calls | When you call through Bitrix24 telephony | Credits | The plan comparison links “Check rates / Buy credits” |
| Vibe+ renewal | After the 12-month launch-offer term | Regular prices | The regular annual price is not printed |
| On-premise renewal | Every year after the first | 50% of the edition price | See the on-premise section |

Partner work is the only line here with no published price. If you plan a migration, add setup and training to the subscription in a CRM cost calculator template before you compare quotes. The Market lists 750+ apps, so a team that already knows it needs five or more should price Professional or a Vibe+ plan, not Standard.
How Much Does Bitrix24 Cost for Your Team?
On annual billing, a 12-person team pays $99 x 12 = $1,188 a year on Standard, which is $99 / 12 = $8.25 per user per month, not the ≈ $1.98 the page prints for a full 50-user plan. The price never multiplies by users, so the per-person cost falls as you fill the cap.
Bitrix24 cost calculator
This calculator needs JavaScript. The scenario table below gives the same estimate for typical workloads.
Enter what you need. The calculator prices it on every plan at list prices and names the cheapest plan that covers it.
- List prices in USD from Bitrix24’s official pricing pages, checked Nov 1, 2026. Tax and regional prices are not included.
- 12-month figures are 12 times the monthly cost at the billing you choose.
- A planning estimate at list prices, not a quote.
Enter your users, the billing basis and the features you need, such as sales automation, AI, the app builder or branch accounts. The calculator shows each paid plan’s monthly and yearly cost side by side and names the cheapest one that covers you. It leaves out tax, Free, Enterprise steps above 500 users and the Vibe+ renewal price.
| Team size | Plan | Billing | Monthly equivalent | Annual total | Assumptions |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 3 users | Basic | Annual | $49 | $49 x 12 = $588 | Flat rate, 5 users included; $49 / 3 = $16.33 per user |
| 12 users | Standard | Annual | $99 | $99 x 12 = $1,188 | Flat rate, 50 users included; $99 / 12 = $8.25 per user; Basic’s 5-user cap passed |
| 60 users | Professional | Annual | $199 | $199 x 12 = $2,388 | Flat rate, 100 users included; $199 / 60 = $3.32 per user; Standard’s 50-user cap passed |
| 150 users | Enterprise (250 users) | Annual | $399 | $399 x 12 = $4,788 | Flat rate, 250 users included; $399 / 150 = $2.66 per user; Professional’s 100-user cap passed |

Each total covers the subscription alone at list prices, so add the extras from the table above before you budget. On monthly billing the same 12-person team pays $144 x 12 = $1,728, so the yearly commitment buys a real saving even at the small end of Standard.
The Cost of Crossing a User Cap
Adding a 6th user moves a team from Basic to Standard, which costs $50 a month more on annual billing ($99 – $49) and doubles the bill.
| User you add | Plan change | Monthly price, billed annually | Extra cost per year |
|---|---|---|---|
| 6th user | Basic to Standard | $49 to $99 | ($99 – $49) x 12 = $600 |
| 51st user | Standard to Professional | $99 to $199 | ($199 – $99) x 12 = $1,200 |
| 101st user | Professional to Enterprise (250 users) | $199 to $399 | ($399 – $199) x 12 = $2,400 |
| 251st user | Enterprise 250 to 500 users | $399 to $639 | ($639 – $399) x 12 = $2,880 |
Sources: Bitrix24 pricing page, checked November 2026.
On monthly billing the jumps are steeper: $144 – $69 = $75 a month at the 6th user, $289 – $144 = $145 at the 51st and $579 – $289 = $290 at the 101st. The 51st user nearly doubles the cost per head: 50 people on Standard pay the page’s ≈ $1.98 each, while 51 people on Professional pay $199 / 51 = $3.90 each on annual billing.
Bitrix24’s FAQ tells buyers to weigh “the size of your team (current and prospective)”. If you expect to pass a cap within the year, price the next plan now rather than prepaying a year of a plan you will outgrow.
Which Bitrix24 Plan Should You Choose?
Pick by headcount first, then move up a tier only for a named feature gate.
| Your needs | Plan to consider | Why | Main limitation |
|---|---|---|---|
| Trying the CRM with a small group, no calls | Free | $0 with no end date | 1 pipeline, 5 GB, no telephony |
| Up to 5 users who sell by phone or WhatsApp | Basic | Telephony and WhatsApp integration at $49 billed annually | A 6th user forces Standard |
| 6 to 50 users, unlimited leads, web forms, e-signature | Standard | 50 users for $99 billed annually | No sales automation or email marketing |
| Sales automation, email marketing or 51 to 100 users | Professional | First plan with sales automation | $199 – $99 = $100 a month more than Standard on annual billing |
| 101+ users, branches, 30-day backups, an SLA | Enterprise | 250 users from $399 billed annually | Each user step raises the price |
| Unlimited AI or custom apps without code | Standard Vibe+ or the matching Vibe+ tier | Unlimited AI from Standard Vibe+, app builder on every Vibe+ plan | Launch-offer price; renewal at regular prices |
| Your own servers or source code access | On-Premise Business | Self-hosted license | $3,590 the first year, $3,590 / 2 = $1,795 a year to renew, before your own hosting |
Sources: Bitrix24 pricing page and Bitrix24 On-Premise pricing, checked November 2026.
For a team of 6 to 50 people, Standard is the default pick. Move past it only when you need sales automation before the 51st user, or when you already know you will build apps or use AI daily.
Is Bitrix24 Worth the Price?
Bitrix24 is worth its price for teams that fill a good share of their plan’s user cap and use the bundled tasks, chat and telephony integration, not only the CRM. A team of 6 to 10 people on Standard pays between $99 / 10 = $9.90 and $99 / 6 = $16.50 per person per month on annual billing, for a 50-user plan.
That per-head figure is where the flat model cuts both ways. If everyone in the company works in Bitrix24, the price per person falls as you hire within a plan’s cap. If only three of ten people sell, price a per-seat CRM for those three before you pay for 50 users. The Zoho CRM vs Bitrix24 comparison sets a per-seat sales CRM against Bitrix24’s flat plans.
- Skip it if:
- only your sales reps need new software and everyone else already works in other tools. You would pay for a workspace most of the company never opens.
Larger sales teams weighing a heavier CRM can read Bitrix24 against Salesforce.
Before you settle on Bitrix24’s Free plan, see how Bitrix24 compares with HubSpot.
Whether the CRM fits your sales process, and whether Bitrix24 is trustworthy with your data, is the subject of my Bitrix24 CRM review. On price alone, Enterprise is the cloud plan that lists encryption at rest, SOC-compliant AWS hosting and a 99.95% SLA guarantee. Teams that need more control than the cloud edition gives have one more route.
Bitrix24 On-Premise Pricing
Bitrix24 On-Premise is a yearly license per organization: Business costs $3,590 billed annually, and Enterprise costs $24,990 billed annually and “includes 1 000+ users”. After the first year, the “annual renewal price is 50% of the price” of the edition, so Business renews at $3,590 / 2 = $1,795 a year and Enterprise at $24,990 / 2 = $12,495.
The license includes a 12-month maintenance subscription with updates and technical support, and full source code access “except for the mobile app and Bitrix24 Messenger”. If you stop renewing, a 14-day grace period follows, and then your on-premise copy is locked. You can buy online or through a local Bitrix24 Partner, and start with a free 30-day trial.
The Business card does not print a user count, though the FAQ says each license “includes a fixed number of intranet users”, so ask Bitrix24 how many users Business covers before you buy.
The license runs on your own server or private cloud, so hosting is a cost on your side. Over two years, Business costs $3,590 + $3,590 / 2 = $5,385, against $199 x 12 x 2 = $4,776 for cloud Professional.
From the first renewal on, the license costs less per year than Professional: $3,590 / 2 = $1,795 against $199 x 12 = $2,388, before your own hosting.
Whichever edition you pick, payment and renewal work the same way.
Billing, Discounts and Cancellation
Bitrix24 accepts all major credit cards, debit cards and PayPal, and offers bank transfer on request through sales@bitrix24.com. Its standing discount is the ~30% for annual billing, and auto-renewal can be switched off at any time without changing your expiry date.
- Renewal: auto-renewal is on by default. You cancel it on the Subscription > Purchase History page, where the account admin also finds invoices and payment details.
- Plan changes: the FAQ answers “Can I change my plan?” with “Yes, you can”, and links its upgrade and downgrade rules.
- Tax: purchases “may be subject to VAT, GST, or other taxes” depending on where you are.
- The Vibe+ launch offer: for an account with an active paid subscription, the new 12-month term is combined with the existing one within 3 business days after the sale end date. The offer “cannot be combined with other discounts or special offers”.
The pricing page and plan comparison publish no refund terms, so ask Bitrix24 before you prepay a year.
How I Checked Bitrix24 Pricing
Every price here comes from three Bitrix24 pages read on November 1, 2026: the cloud pricing page, the plan comparison and the on-premise pricing page. The pricing region is the US: I read the cloud prices in US dollars on the English site, in both plan tabs (Essentials and Vibe+) and both billing views (monthly and annual).
The plan table, the Enterprise steps and the on-premise licenses are published prices. I calculated the yearly totals, per-user figures and savings from those prices (the monthly price x 12, or the plan price / its users), so treat them as estimates rather than quotes.
Bitrix24 does not publish the regular annual Vibe+ price after the launch offer, partner implementation prices, the On-Premise Business user count or refund terms.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Bitrix24 charge per user?
No. Each paid cloud plan has a fixed monthly price and a user limit, and Bitrix24 says you can keep adding users within that limit for the same amount. The only per-user figures Bitrix24 prints for its own plans are approximations that divide the plan price by its full user cap.
Can a Free account move straight to a Vibe+ plan under the launch offer?
Yes. The offer terms make the discount available to Free plan subscribers as well as paying customers, when they upgrade to a same-tier or higher-tier Vibe+ plan with a 12-month subscription. The offer runs until December 10, 2026, and renewals after that term are billed at regular prices.
Final Pricing Verdict
Most teams of 6 to 50 people should buy Standard on annual billing at $99 a month. It covers unlimited leads, web forms and e-signature, and it leaves room to hire up to the 50th user without a price change.
Stay on Free while you test the CRM, and use the 15-day trial before your first payment. Take Basic only if you will stay at five people, and Professional only for sales automation, email marketing or the 51st user. Past 100 users, Enterprise’s step table gives you the exact price for your headcount.
Choose a Vibe+ tier only if unlimited AI or building your own apps is worth paying a renewal price Bitrix24 does not print yet. If you run a travel business and Bitrix24’s flat plans do not fit, weigh it against the other picks on my travel CRM shortlist.
