Follow Up Boss pricing starts at $69 per user per month on the Grow plan, or $58 per user per month billed annually. Pro and Platform charge flat fees that include 10 or 30 users.

The cheapest plan turns on two numbers: how many people need a seat, and how many of them call leads from the CRM. I checked every price in November 2026 and worked out where each plan becomes the smaller bill.

Quick pricing answer

Follow Up Boss sells three plans in US dollars, plus tax where applicable, checked November 2026. There is no free plan; the 14-day free trial needs no credit card, and the pricing page states “no contract, cancel any time”.

  • Grow: $69 per user per month, or $58 per user per month billed annually; calling from the CRM adds $39 per user ($33 on yearly billing).
  • Pro: $499 per month for 10 users, or $416 per month billed annually; calling and texting are included for all users.
  • Platform: $1,000 per month for 30 users, or $833 per month billed annually.
  • My pick: Grow while your users plus your callers cost less than Pro’s $416 a month billed annually ($58 per user, plus $33 per caller), Pro above that, Platform from 21 users.
  • The caveat: AI features cost nothing extra, but many rely on Calling data, a paid add-on on Grow.

Follow Up Boss Pricing Plans Explained

Every plan includes unlimited contacts, lead sources and integrations, 7-day-a-week phone and email support, and AI features at no additional charge, so the bill grows with users and calling, never with your database.

Grow: $69 per user per month

Grow fits a solo agent or a small team that does not dial from the CRM. At $69 per user per month, or $58 billed annually, it covers lead distribution, Smart Lists, Action Plans for automated follow-up, calendar and email sync, agent and lead-source reporting, and the mobile app.

The catch is calling. The plan comparison marks Integrated Calling as “Add for an additional cost” on Grow, and Follow Up Boss recommends adding Calling “for better AI results.” A Grow agent who skips Calling pays less and gets less from the included AI.

Grow stops being the cheaper plan once $58 x users + $33 x callers passes Pro’s $416 a month, both billed annually: at 8 users with no callers (8 x $58 = $464), at 5 users who all call, or sooner on a mixed team, as the Calling section below shows.

Skip it if:
five or more of your agents work phone leads from the CRM.

Pro: $499 per month for 10 users

Pro is the plan for a team of 5 to 20 agents that calls leads. Billed annually, Pro is $416 per month for the same 10 users. Over Grow, it adds unlimited calling and texting for all users, team inboxes, call reporting, enhanced support and training, and personalized onboarding. Users 11 and up cost $49 per month each, or $41 on yearly billing.

Because Pro’s $416 per month billed annually covers 10 users, 6 users pay the same as 10. For a team that is hiring, the empty seats are headroom already paid for; for a 3-person team that rarely calls, Grow stays cheaper.

At 20 users, Pro costs $416 + $41 x 10 = $826 per month billed annually, still under Platform’s $833. At 21 users, Pro’s $416 + $41 x 11 = $867 passes it, so Platform becomes the smaller bill.

Platform: $1,000 per month for 30 users

Platform fits a team of 21 or more users, or a brokerage that runs teams within teams. Billed annually, Platform is $833 per month for the same 30 users. It adds teams within teams, enhanced onboarding and priority support to everything in Pro. Each user above 30 costs $20 per month, or $17 on yearly billing.

The 30 included users make Platform cheaper than Pro from 21 users, where Pro’s $41 per user above 10 pushes it past $833. Past 30 users, Platform’s $17 per extra user, against $41 on Pro, keeps it ahead.

Does Follow Up Boss Have a Free Plan or Trial?

Follow Up Boss has no free plan, but it offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.

Use the 14 days to count how many agents actually call from the CRM; if most never dial from FUB, price Grow without Calling first.

Monthly vs Annual Follow Up Boss Pricing

Yearly billing saves about two months on every plan, which Follow Up Boss calls “2 months free”; the table gives the saving for each plan.

Platform$1,000 per month$833 x 12 = $9,996 a year$833Billed annually($1,000 – $833) x 12 = $2,004

“2 months free” is close but not exact: a Grow user saves $132, slightly less than 2 x $69 = $138. A Grow agent who also buys Calling saves $132 + $72 = $204 a year.

Contract, cancellation and tax

Follow Up Boss states “Free trial, no contract, cancel any time” and lists every price “+ tax, where applicable” without a rate. Before you pay $416 x 12 = $4,992 up front for a year of Pro, ask Follow Up Boss what happens to a prepaid year if you cancel.

Additional Follow Up Boss Costs to Consider

Three published costs sit outside the base price: Calling on Grow, users above the 10 included on Pro or the 30 on Platform, and sales tax where applicable.

The pricing page prices neither the staff time a CRM migration takes nor what your lead sources and IDX website charge. To put those in the same budget, use a CRM total cost of ownership template.

The Calling add-on on Grow

The Follow Up Boss dialer costs $39 per user on Grow in the pricing page’s Monthly view and $33 per user in its Yearly view. The page prints no period next to that price, so I treat it as a monthly per-user charge, like the plan price beside it: Grow plus Calling runs $69 + $39 = $108 per user per month on monthly billing, or $58 + $33 = $91 billed annually.

That is where Pro takes over. Billed annually, 4 callers cost $91 x 4 = $364, under Pro’s $416, but 5 callers cost $91 x 5 = $455. Monthly, $108 x 4 = $432 is under $499 and $108 x 5 = $540 is over it.

A team that mixes callers and non-callers should test its own count: $58 x users + $33 x callers against Pro’s $416 billed annually, or $69 x users + $39 x callers against Pro’s $499 monthly. Five users with 4 callers already cost $58 x 5 + $33 x 4 = $422 billed annually, or $69 x 5 + $39 x 4 = $501 monthly, so Pro wins for that team before either switch point.

How Much Does Follow Up Boss Cost for Your Team?

A solo agent pays $58 x 12 = $696 a year on Grow billed annually, or ($58 + $33) x 12 = $1,092 with Calling. A team of 5 to 10 users pays $416 x 12 = $4,992 a year on Pro, and 25 users pay $833 x 12 = $9,996 on Platform.

This calculator needs JavaScript. The scenario table below gives the same estimate for typical workloads.

Enter your users and billing to see Grow, Pro and Platform priced side by side; tick the box only if every user needs calling. The calculator leaves out tax and Grow’s Calling add-on, so with 1 to 4 callers, leave the box unticked and add $33 per caller a month (billed annually) to Grow’s total before you compare it with Pro.

The switch points in the decision table below hold on monthly billing too: 7 Grow users cost 7 x $69 = $483, under Pro’s $499, and 8 cost 8 x $69 = $552, over it. Pro at 20 users costs $499 + $49 x 10 = $989, under Platform’s $1,000, and at 21 users $499 + $49 x 11 = $1,038, over it.

Which Follow Up Boss Plan Should You Choose?

Choose by users and callers together: Grow while $58 per user plus $33 per caller stays under Pro’s $416 a month billed annually, Pro above that up to 20 users, and Platform from 21 users or when you need sub-teams.

Recheck your plan whenever you add a user or a caller: on Grow, run the users-plus-callers test above; on Pro, recheck at 21 users.

Is Follow Up Boss Worth the Price?

Follow Up Boss is worth its price for a team of 5 to 10 agents that calls leads. At 10 users, Pro’s $416 per month billed annually comes to $416 / 10 = $41.60 per user with calling included, less than one Grow seat at $58 without it.

It is harder to justify for a solo agent who needs Calling: that one seat costs $58 + $33 = $91 a month billed annually, more than twice Pro’s per-user cost at 10 users. Call quality and AI output show only in use, so place real calls during the trial on the plan you expect to buy.

If you are still deciding whether Follow Up Boss is the right CRM at all, my list of real estate CRMs compared on price and fit sets it against the other options.

Follow Up Boss calls itself “The Real Estate Team OS,” so a team that does not sell homes should start from the CRM options for teams outside real estate instead.

How I Verified Follow Up Boss Pricing

Every price comes from Follow Up Boss’s pricing page in both its Monthly and Yearly views, read on November 1, 2026; the pricing region is the US and the currency USD, before tax. The trial terms come from the same pricing page and the vendor’s Double Your Deals page, read the same day. Follow Up Boss does not publish a minimum number of users for Grow or a billing period next to the Calling add-on price.

Totals are list price x users x 12, or the base fee plus extra users, x 12, and cover the subscription and Calling only.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Follow Up Boss limit contacts or integrations?

No. Every plan includes unlimited contacts, lead sources and integrations, and the pricing page lists 250+ integrations, including IDX websites, Zapier, Mailchimp, Gmail and Facebook Lead Ads.

Is Follow Up Boss a good CRM?

Follow Up Boss is a real estate CRM for solo agents and teams, and on price it makes the most sense for a team with five or more callers, where Pro’s included calling undercuts paying for Calling per user on Grow.

Final Pricing Verdict

Start on Grow at $58 per user per month billed annually if you work alone and call from your own phone. Move to Pro at $416 per month billed annually once your Grow users and callers together cost more, as the decision table shows. Switch to Platform at 21 users, or earlier only if you need teams within teams.

Pay monthly while your headcount is still moving. Yearly billing saves ($499 – $416) x 12 = $996 a year on Pro, but only once you are sure you will keep the plan for the full year.
